Adorable and very poetic duo of children's folk art statuettes in terracotta (fired clay), entirely handcrafted and hand-painted in the heart of the 1970s.
This charming pair of figurines perfectly illustrates the peaceful movement and bohemian aesthetic of the hippie era. The set includes:
• A little boy wearing a large, pointed (or gavroche) ocher yellow cap, dotted, dressed in a matching sleeveless vest and brown trousers.
• A little girl with long reddish-blonde hair styled in braids, adorned with a fuchsia pink headband. She wears a flared pale blue tunic and bright pink "elephant leg" (bell-bottom) trousers, discreetly holding a small flower behind her back.
