Product description
Handmade enameled ceramic trivet, adorned with a very finely detailed hemp leaf imprint. The enamel forms a beautiful gradient in autumn hues, transitioning from golden ochre to moss green. Small enamel bubbles form cabochons along the edges; their random formation beautifully punctuates the whole. On the reverse, a dedication hand-engraved in the clay: "Für Elsa von Philipp". Three small cork pads protect your surfaces. It can be placed under a hot dish, or used as a cake stand or small decorative plate. In good general condition, however, there is a chip on the reverse, at the edge, where the slip has come off (see detail photo). The top enamel is intact.
