Sculptural lamp in solid oak, handcrafted. The piece retains a natural crack in the wood, stabilized by a walnut butterfly key. The organic curves and traces of time interact with the smoothness of the oak to create an object with a singular presence, somewhere between contemporary sculpture and wabi-sabi aesthetics. The lampshade is handmade from papier-mâché made from recycled fibers, offering a raw, mineral texture that contrasts with the softness of the wood. Its simple, organic form reflects an approach inspired by wabi-sabi aesthetics, where imperfection becomes a source of beauty. A unique creation, straddling the line between functional object and contemporary sculpture. Signed on the back. Base height - 26cm, Width 14cm. Lampshade height - 17cm, Diameter 24cm.
