Product description
The cabinet is made of wood. Equipped with 3 shelves. The doors feature glass. Made in Italy.
Under the name Maisa, Derk Jan de Vries designed furniture in Italy in the 1960s and 70s, where he was living at the time, featuring the distinctive style icon on the corners of the cabinet. See detail in one of the photos. At the time, it was sold in the Netherlands at a limited number of selected retailers.
The cabinet was purchased in 1976 and has been in our possession for 47 years. We were so pleased with Derk Jan de Vries's entire design oeuvre that we purchased several more pieces of furniture. SEE ALSO ANOTHER CABINET THAT COMPLETES THE SET, e.g. AS A ROOM DIVIDER
