Product description
Decorative Sgraffito Ceramic Wall Lamp by Tilgmans Keramik, Sweden, 1960s. This decorative ceramic wall lamp was produced by Tilgmans Keramik in Sweden during the 1960s. Its richly textured surface features the distinctive sgraffito technique for which the Swedish manufacturer became renowned, with the decoration carefully engraved into the ceramic. When illuminated, the lamp creates a warm and atmospheric light, beautifully emphasising the relief, colours and handcrafted character of the ceramic. Both lit and unlit, it functions as a decorative and sculptural object on the wall. The lamp remains in very good vintage condition, with hardly any visible signs of use. A characterful example of Swedish mid-century ceramic design that combines traditional craftsmanship with soft, ambient light.
