About This Design
The Daddy's Chair is a design by the in-house design team of the Dutch brand De Vorm. The chair is intended as the ideal reading chair: a generous lounge armchair with a classic, recognizable shape. The most striking detail is the solid wooden armrests, which continue in a single line into the front legs. This sleek, geometric design gives the chair a robust and timeless character. In this green version, it is a warm eye-catcher in a reading nook, living room, or workspace.
The De Vorm Daddy's Chair is built around an optimal seating angle, so you can sit in it comfortably for a long time. The seat and back are upholstered with high-quality foam and inner springs, covered with a durable upholstery fabric. The sturdy solid wood armrests are approximately 5 cm thick and provide support and stability. De Vorm also developed the chair for intensive use in hotels, lobbies, and hospitality.
