About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
The De Sede RH 306 sofa, designed by renowned Swiss architect and designer Robert Haussmann, is an outstanding example of sophisticated furniture design. This iconic piece combines masterful craftsmanship with a timeless silhouette and is considered a highly sought-after collector's item for connoisseurs of modern design.
The construction features precise button tufting, which lends the black leather a deep, textured elegance. The high-quality material is draped over a robust frame supported by discreet, cylindrical metal legs. This combination of soft, luxurious leather and cool metal underscores Haussmann's architectural approach. The generous proportions offer not only exceptional comfort but also a strong visual presence in the room.
The sofa is in very good, well-maintained condition and retains its original character. Over the years, the leather has developed a fine, authentic patina that highlights the quality of the natural material without compromising its structural integrity. The upholstery remains firm and supportive.
This masterpiece of Swiss design blends seamlessly into sophisticated living spaces or elegant reception areas. It harmonizes beautifully with minimalist interiors as well as classic mid-century modern designs, creating a striking centerpiece in any room.
