Product description
This is the iconic DS-85 sofa bed, a classic design by the Swiss manufacturer De Sede. This piece is known for its clever functionality and comfort, wrapped in a timeless 70s design. It is a real eye-catcher that is both practical and stylish.
The sofa is upholstered in a durable, ribbed fabric in a neutral beige or cream color. Its most ingenious feature is the adjustable seat that you can easily tilt forward to transform it into a comfortable 2-person daybed or guest bed. The whole is supported by a subtle yet sturdy chrome-plated metal frame. This item comes with three matching loose cushions for extra comfort.
The overall condition of the sofa is good, with a character that matches its age. The upholstery is intact and shows the charm of a well-maintained vintage piece of furniture. This DS-85 is a versatile piece of furniture that fits perfectly into a Mid-Century Modern, eclectic or minimalist interior. It is ideal as a comfortable seating area and as a practical sleeping solution for guests.
