An exclusive daybed designed in the mid-1950s by Alfred Hendrickx for Belform. A unique design with a black lacquered wooden frame resting on four U-shaped brass legs. The shape and design of these legs, as seen in the original Belform catalog, are a true Hendrickx trademark from the 1950s. Together with Sophie from Cover & Couch, we chose a fabric by Belgian fashion designer Raf Simons for the mattress and bolster. The designer's home textiles collection for Kvadrat is an innovative mix of colors and materials for which he is known in the fashion world. The combination of authentic design and these colorful influences makes this daybed a high-quality and decorative piece of furniture.
