Elegant Danish Modern teak secretary desk dating from the 1960s, combining sophisticated Scandinavian design with practical storage and a compact integrated workspace.
Crafted from teak, teak veneer and other wood, the secretary displays a beautifully warm grain throughout. Its refined silhouette is enhanced by gently curved side profiles, tapered legs and distinctive sculpted drawer fronts characteristic of Mid-Century Modern Scandinavian furniture.
The upper section features a generous open display or storage shelf, four small drawers and a central open compartment for stationery and personal items. A pull-out writing surface provides a comfortable workspace measuring approximately 78 × 40 cm (30.7 × 15.7 in), allowing the piece to function as a practical writing desk or compact home office.
