Vase "Hjertevase" or "crystal heart" vase by the Danish company Holmegaard, designed by Per Lükten.
It is made of smoked green blown glass, one of the most representative and sought-after shades of the company in the 1950s and 1960s.
This model belongs to its iconic lines of organic and fluid mid-century forms (Danish Mid-Century Modern), characterized by thick, heavy glass that sculpturally distorts light.
It is signed on the base: "Holmegaard PL (Per Lükten) 15719 (design number). Per Lütken was active at Holmegaard between 1942 and 1998, creating more than 3,000 hand-blown designs).
Measures 11 cm high x 16 cm wide x 9 cm deep.
