Original extendable dining table by Dyrlund, Denmark – an outstanding example of Scandinavian mid-century craftsmanship with a sculptural and elegant design language.
Crafted from high-quality solid teak wood, the table features two extension leaves of 50 cm each, allowing it to expand from a diameter of 120 cm up to 220 cm. The extensions integrate seamlessly into the design, offering flexibility for both everyday use and larger gatherings. Functional metal clips beneath the tabletop ensure stability and a secure connection when assembled.
A striking feature is the sculptural central base: four rounded supports flow downward and fan out into four feet, creating a visually light yet structurally stable foundation. This architectural detail makes the table a true centerpiece.
The soft, organic lines and refined detailing on both the tabletop and the base reflect the exceptional quality and design sensibility associated with Dyrlund.
Dyrlund is renowned for its premium Danish furniture production, combining durability, craftsmanship, and timeless aesthetics.
Condition: Very good restored condition. The surface has been refreshed, the table is stable and fully functional. Only minor signs of wear consistent with age.
A refined and versatile dining table that adapts beautifully to different settings.
