Product description
This round, extendable Danish dining table by Rosengaarden Møbelfabrik (attributed to Henning Kjærnulf, approx. 1975–1980) combines sculptural solid teak wood with a patented Danish LZ extension mechanism. The central four-pronged pedestal base splits into two stable two-legged sleds when extended, ensuring complete legroom in any configuration. Thanks to the two separate 50 cm extension leaves, the table effortlessly transforms from a compact round 4-person setting (118 cm) to a generous oval dining table up to 218 cm for 8 to 10 people. The 35 mm thick top with solid rounded edges and the warm, matte oil glow seamlessly fits a Mid-Century Modern, Japandi, or Scandinavian design interior. This Danish dining table is in excellent restored condition (refinished with natural tung oil). Any peculiarities or defects are included in the photos or text.
