Vintage Danish coffee table designed by Hans J. Wegner, produced by Getama. Design at its best: Hans J Wegner is known for quality, beautiful designs that are still being reproduced today. So is this coffee table known under model number GE15, originally designed in 1955. This table is still being sold new for 2000+ euros.
Hans J Wegner was one of the most inventive of Danish furniture designers. His cleverly designed furniture coupled solid craftsmanship with minimalist design. Mainly because of Wegner's work, Danish design became a household name in the 1950s.
