Beautiful example of French Art Deco crystal from the 1930s (style: Streamline Moderne). This heavy object (approx. 2.5 kg, wall thickness 8 mm, height 19 cm) testifies to pure craftsmanship and luxury from the interwar period.
Origin: Northeast France (Lorraine region), attributed to Vannes-le-Chatel. Iconic stepped model. Authentic light purple sheen (solleillé) caused by manganese discoloration over the years. Beautiful internal layering. Hand-polished rounded edges, 8 mm thick. Unique double stripe on the base (production mark). Perfect condition.
