About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a vintage wall or ceiling lamp by the German manufacturer Cosack Leuchten, a characteristic design from the Space Age era. The fixture is defined by its functional aesthetic and the three adjustable spots, which offer flexible lighting options. The lamp is made of metal with a brass or bronze-colored finish, mounted on a linear structure. Each of the three spots can be individually directed, allowing the light to shine precisely where it is needed. This design is typical of lighting from the 1960s and 1970s, where functionality and a futuristic design went hand in hand. The construction is robust and representative of the quality of West German craftsmanship from that period. The overall condition of the lamp is good, with an authentic patina that reflects the character and history of the object. The original finish shows the traces of time, which contributes to its vintage charm. The electrical wiring appears functional, as can be seen in the images where the lamp is lit. This spotlight is an excellent choice for accentuating artworks or specific areas of a room. It fits seamlessly into a Mid-Century Modern, industrial, or eclectic interior and adds an authentic vintage design element to a living room, study, or hallway.
