Product description
This early 20th-century mahogany chest of drawers with a swing mirror features the characteristic, highly detailed "barber's pen" or checkered trim inlay. The brass pull handles have round backplates and brass keyholes on the drawers. The lever lock contains an official British patent stamp No.18112/07 PATENT LEVER, meaning the dressing table dates from 1907-1912. The tilting mirror stands on original swivel castors.
The furniture is in good condition with a beautiful patina.
Please note: The mirror's construction is currently a bit wobbly because the screws at the bottom have come loose over the years. This is easy to repair.
