This is a vintage German wool wall hanging with 70s charm, textile art from that period. The design is characterized by a rich texture and a warm, earthy color palette typical of the era, brand Smyrnafix, number (see back) 4462.
The piece is a combination of knotting and weaving techniques, resulting in a three-dimensional effect with long, playful fringes.
