Iconic ‘Ciuingam’ three-seater sofa, designed by Jonathan De Pas, Donato D’Urbino, and Paolo Lomazzi for BBB Emmebonacina in 1967. The sofa is characterized by its low, generous proportions and the striking series of softly rounded, upholstered volumes. Deep seat cushions, padded backrests, and flowing side panels form a continuous, enveloping silhouette, giving the sofa the relaxed yet highly expressive look characteristic of progressive Italian design from the late 1960s. The sofa is upholstered in warm cognac brown leather and has developed a rich patina over time. A highly recognizable design by one of the most influential post-war design collectives in Italy. DxHxL: 100x64x210 cm. Seat height: 33 cm. Good vintage condition. The leather displays natural creases, color variations, and areas of wear and cracking, consistent with age and use. These elements contribute to the authentic character of the piece. Consult the detailed photos.
