Product description
Charming vintage porcelain figurine, hand-painted and signed by G. Merlo, an artist known for his emotional works in the Capodimonte style.
It depicts a tender scene between a seated father and his daughter, who offers him a bowl in a gesture full of warmth and emotional connection.
The piece is rich in realistic details: worn clothing, everyday objects (such as an umbrella, a water jug, and a travel bundle), and finely sculpted facial expressions.
On the base, the classic crowned “N” mark — typical of the Capodimonte tradition — is visible alongside the engraved signature “G. Merlo.”
