Product description
This is a classic extendable dining table, executed in the opulent Chippendale style. The piece of furniture is characterized by its elegant, curved forms and rich wood carving, evoking a sense of timeless grandeur. The combination of baroque influences and the distinctive Chippendale elements makes this table a striking and stately centerpiece for the dining room. The table is crafted from wood with a high-gloss finish that accentuates the deep, warm brown color and the lively grain of the burl wood veneer on the tabletop. The legs are a classic example of Chippendale design, with detailed acanthus leaf carving transitioning into the iconic 'ball and claw' feet. Thanks to its extendable function, the table can be easily adjusted to accommodate more guests, making it both an aesthetic and practical choice. The overall appearance of the table testifies to a rich past and shows a characteristic patina that has developed over the years. The glossy lacquer protects the wood and contributes to its luxurious appearance. The construction is solid and designed to last for generations, reflecting the durable quality of traditional craftsmanship. This dining table is an excellent addition to an interior with a classic, eclectic, or Hollywood Regency style. The piece can be beautifully combined with both antique and modern chairs to create a dynamic and personal atmosphere in a formal dining area or a spacious eat-in kitchen.
