Dreamlike Chinese Silk Rug (280 × 187 cm) – Freshly restored & professionally cleaned
For sale is a beautiful, hand-knotted Chinese silk rug from approx. the 1970s to 1990s (provenance-typical handwork from East China). The rug captivates with its noble silk sheen and a timelessly elegant, floral decor.
The color scheme impresses with a fine coordination of warm salmon and rose tones, combined with deep dark blue/black and fresh accents in turquoise and beige. Depending on the viewing angle and incidence of light, the rug slightly changes its shimmer – a real highlight for lovers of classic and high-quality interior design.
Condition & Preparation:
The rug is in a like-new, ready-to-live-in condition. It was professionally cleaned and completely repaired last year for around 500 Euros. In the course of this restoration, the edges and fringes were completely renewed. The rug has since been stored packaged and not laid out again. There is no need for renovation – you can lay out the rug directly in your home.
