Old Chinese rosewood jewelry box with 2 doors and 3 drawers, jewelry box with brass hardware and a jade plaque central on the doors and sides, inside a red lining with silver floral decoration, second half 20th century, marked Shanghai China on the back.
Beautiful and quality jewelry box with nice age patina, hammered floral decoration and ball patterns on the brass hardware.
The clasp is missing as usual.
The box is in good vintage used condition, signs of age and use befitting its age, such as some small dents and superficial scratches and cracks, but the whole thing is still very sturdy and solid, check the photos for more details!
