About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is an atmospheric vintage Chinese room screen, executed in black lacquer.
One side catches the eye with a detailed inlaid scene of a blossoming tree with birds.
The other side has a more subdued, gold-colored painting of bamboo and flowers.
The screen consists of four panels, each 45x180 cm, and is finished with brass-colored hinges.
The room screen has an authentic character that matches its age. The lacquer and decorations show the history of the piece and give it a unique, lived-in appearance. It is a versatile piece that you can use to divide a large room, create a cozy corner, or simply as a striking decorative element against a wall.
In used condition.
