This wall panel is composed of two ceramic workshop tiles forming a fascinating fantasy creature (chimera or dragon). Its superb reliefs and warm-toned glazes (gold, ochre, and deep brown) will perfectly complement a decor that blends vintage and contemporary styles. A true work of Basque folk art, typical of production from the 1950s to 1970s.
✨ Signed: Chauvin-Ibéria, renowned workshop of Jeanine Chauvin in Bidart (see photos).
📏 Exact dimensions: 30 x 15 cm.
🧐 Condition: Very good overall condition with two very slightly damaged corners, reflecting its age (see photos for details). The panel is sound and sturdy, mounted on its wooden backing.
