Armchair from the Aluminum Group series, designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1958, Herman Miller edition.The Herman Miller logo and references 683/84 and 938-011 are stamped in the cast iron under the seat.Swiveling 4-star base with glides, tilt adjustment with knob. Seat and backrest in beige-ochre hopsack fabric stretched between the side profiles, with headrest cushion.Used condition consistent with age. Some marks and slight discolorations on the fabric. On one armrest, the original chrome is partially missing, due to a previous cleaning with an unsuitable product. Scratches and surface wear on the armrests, small marks on the base. The tilting mechanism and rotation work.Dimensions: 63 x 99 cm.
