Exceptional ceramic sculpture from the Northern European studio ceramics tradition (circa 1970–1990).
The work features an expressive, architectural structure: a spherical base, a playful zigzag neck, and a funnel-like top.
The result is an object with a strong sculptural and abstract character.
The glaze is executed in a rich crystal/foam pattern in shades of blue, green, and cream, creating a lively, deep texture and an almost planetary appearance.
An incised monogram is visible on the underside, combined with a round studio stamp — characteristic of professional studio ceramics.
