Product description
Very beautiful hand-painted ceramic box with lid, typical of the luxurious style of Hubert Bequet (Quaregnon, Belgium). Richly decorated with floral motifs on a black background and finished with gold accents.
The bottom is marked 166 and BELGIUM, as is often the case with Bequet productions for export in the 1950s–1960s.
Dimensions: 12 × 9 × 8 cm. Condition: excellent condition, no cracks or chips, slight signs of use on the gold rim (see photos).
Will be carefully packaged.
