The Coronado armchair with matching ottoman is an iconic design by Tobia Scarpa for C&B Italia from the 1960s. This model is known for its innovative use of polyurethane foam and the distinctive, voluminous silhouette that immediately invites you to sink into it.
This set features rich brown velvet upholstery that beautifully accentuates the soft, quilted forms of the design. The construction rests on a steel frame, which was a true revolution for upholstered furniture at the time. The original C&B Italia label is still neatly present on the underside, confirming the early production period and authenticity of this Italian design piece.
The armchair and ottoman are in beautiful vintage condition, with the original upholstery retaining its characteristic appearance and deep color well.
