About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
A set of eight vintage chairs, manufactured by the Italian producer Anonima Castelli. This design is a characteristic example of Italian industrial design, known for its functionality and robust construction.
Only cigarette holes (to be repaired) and the usual signs of use
The chairs are built around a cast aluminum frame, which provides a solid base for the seat, backrest, and legs. The legs are made of steel with a dark finish, while the seat and backrest are upholstered with red skai (faux leather). This material combination is typical of Castelli's functional and durable design ethos from that period. The chairs are designed to be stackable, making them practical for various spaces.
The set is in good vintage condition, with a character consistent with its age and use. The construction is solid, and the chairs retain their original appearance. The overall condition testifies to the quality and durability of the original design.
These chairs are versatile and fit well in both a dining room and an office or meeting environment. Their timeless aesthetic and vibrant color make them a striking addition to a modern, industrial, or eclectic interior.
