Private sellerProduct description
This tall cabinet is the model "Bramante 2", a design by the Japanese designer Kazuhide Takahama for Cassina's Simon collection. The piece is characterized by its architectural, octagonal shape and high-gloss finish, making it a sculptural storage unit.
The body is made of wood and finished with a deep blue polyester lacquer, creating a mirror-smooth surface. Inside, the cabinet reveals a well-thought-out layout with several shelves, offering ample storage space. Chromed metal rods are attached to the inside of the doors, ideal for storing bottles or tall glasses, emphasizing its functionality as a bar cabinet.
The overall condition of the cabinet is very good and shows careful maintenance. The lacquer retains its deep luster and intense color, emphasizing the monolithic character of the design. The structure is solid and the original fittings are intact and functional.
With its striking silhouette and vibrant color, the "Bramante 2" makes a strong statement in any room. It blends seamlessly into modern or eclectic interiors and can serve as an elegant bar cabinet in the living room or as an exclusive storage element in a dining area or office.
