Beautiful Cassina Maralunga Maxi 3-seater sofa.
The Cassina Maralunga 40 Maxi 3-seater sofa is a design by Vico Magistretti. Each armrest can be individually folded to a 90-degree angle. The sofa is still considered one of the most famous Italian designer sofas.
In 2018, a new version was introduced to the Maralunga family: the Maxi. A few extra centimeters in width and depth make the sofa even more comfortable to nestle on. Moreover, the included back cushions provide excellent support. The sofa, measuring an impressive 310 centimeters wide, 100 centimeters high (when the armrest is up), and 105 centimeters deep, features a metal frame with elastic straps and a solid walnut base. The cushions are filled with polyurethane foam of varying densities, covered with a layer of polyester wadding.
The new fabric used, Sutra, has a vertically striped design. This fabric is made of 58% cotton, 29% viscose, and 13% linen. It has a Martindale score of 22,000 and a pilling score of 3-4.
