Product description
The Cassina Maralunga 40 two-seater sofa, originally designed by Vico Magistretti, is an undisputed icon of Italian design. This specific piece stands out due to its recent reupholstering, giving the classic silhouette a renewed, luxurious appearance.
The furniture is expertly upholstered in high-quality green velvet, which accentuates the design's characteristic soft lines. The Maralunga is known worldwide for its innovative functionality, where the backrests can be folded up independently of one another for optimal support. The rich texture of the velvet contrasts elegantly with the timeless design, while the original Cassina label confirms the authenticity of this Italian-made piece.
Thanks to the professional reupholstering, the sofa is in excellent condition. The fabric displays a lively sheen characteristic of quality velvet, and the interior offers the authentic, high-quality seating comfort one has come to expect from Cassina. The furniture combines the charm of a historic design with the freshness of a new piece. This striking two-seater forms a refined centerpiece in both classic and contemporary interiors. The deep green hue and tactile material make it an inviting element in an elegant living room or a stylish lounge area, ideal to combine with natural materials and understated accents.
