Beautiful designer lamp designed by Sigurd Lindkvist, the Swedish designer who worked under the pseudonym Carl Thore for lighting manufacturer Granhaga. This pendant lamp from the 1960s/70s is still in exceptionally good condition. A great opportunity to acquire such a beautiful piece of Scandinavian design.
The lamp is constructed from several metal bowls that hang in a stepped pattern. The combination of matte black metal, brushed aluminum, and the striking red interior creates a powerful graphic design and a particularly warm lighting effect.
The paintwork is virtually new and shows hardly any signs of wear. Only a few very light scratches are visible on the top piece of aluminum, consistent with the lamp's age. These are barely noticeable and do not detract from the overall look.
A stylish and characterful pendant lamp that looks perfect above a dining table or in a modern interior with vintage accents.
