Piero Lissoni is undoubtedly one of the most influential and internationally recognizable names in the field.
His long career was marked by the wide variety of projects he carried out between 1977 and 1984 under the Milan studio G14: ranging from graphic arts, coordinated image, design and art direction, to the restoration of interiors.
Since 1984, his large studio in Milan has been designing for the whole world, active in the fields of industrial design, interior architecture, architecture and graphic arts. His decades of collaboration with the Cappellini brand has led to the creation of designs of uninterrupted success: timeless signature pieces from Lissoni include the SuperSoft armchair, the series 3088 armchair and the Uni cabinets.
His notable creations include the Lochness table, along with the matching wardrobe with two hinged doors or cabinets with flap doors - as well as the more recent Hard Dress-Zip-Dragon armchair.
