Product description
An elegant set of two candle holders, manufactured by Royal Holland in the 1950s. These pieces are a testament to classic Dutch craftsmanship, executed in a metal alloy with an understated finish. The design is characterized by timeless symmetry and a refined form typical of the mid-twentieth century.
Each candle holder, also known as a candelabrum, features two gracefully curved arms that spring from a central, baluster-shaped stem. The candle holders stand on a scalloped, octagonal base that adds stability and a decorative element. The underside of the base is covered with green felt to protect furniture surfaces. The silver-colored, matte finish gives the set a distinguished appearance.
The overall condition of the set is good, with a patina consistent with its age and use over the years. These traces of time contribute to the authentic character of the objects. The construction is solid, and the candle holders are fully functional.
This set of candle holders is a stylish addition to various interior styles, from classic to Dutch Design. They can be placed on a dresser, dining table, or mantelpiece to create an atmospheric and refined accent.
