Stack is like a casually laid pillow on top of another pillow. This sofa is an enlarged version of that everyday scene. To transform the soft, formless qualities of a cushion into a textured piece of furniture, hidden elements were added that invisibly connect the stacked pieces.
Although at first glance the placement of the cushions seems random, an intensive thought process and many prototypes preceded to arrive at the perfect configuration. The result is a sofa that looks effortless, but was manufactured with extreme care and craftsmanship.
