◼ HISTORY & DESIGN
Kashima Sofa by Michel Ducaroy for Ligne Roset. After the Togo (1973), Ducaroy transposed the Chesterfield tufting into an entirely foam seat: bolster armrests, tufted backrest, deep seat.
This piece has retained its original, thick, ecru velvet with a grid pattern, and its old woven label “roset — made in france”. It is an older production, well before the 2023 re-edition.

W 165 × D 100 × H 75 cm, seat 38 cm (Ligne Roset dimensions for the 2-seater model). All-foam, original velvet.

Good vintage condition. Foams in very good condition, seat not sagged.
Three seams, opened over time, have been hand-repaired by a professional tailor: the repair is visible, solid, and made to last.
Underside: old treated moisture marks, no odor.
