Product description
Vintage tripod cauldron, made of high-quality solid brass with fine finishes. A visually striking piece. Large central embossed coat of arms depicting an allegorical scene with putti surrounded by berries and festoons. Origin Austria. 1870/90. Support feet decorated with anthropomorphic mascarons. Gilded brass body and sturdy original wrought iron movable handle from the period with superficial rust. Excellent structural condition. Splendid natural patina of time. No cracks or holes. Max diameter 24.5 cm, height 24 cm. weight 4.8 kg.
