Product description
A stunning vintage chest of drawers from the 1950s, characterized by a refined Mid-Century aesthetic and a rich walnut burl veneer, featuring dynamic grain patterns and deep, warm tones.
The natural wood grain creates a striking decorative effect, making this piece a true standout in any collection of period furniture.
The structure boasts clean, geometric lines, softened by rounded corners and the sinuous profile of the base.
The front is adorned with spectacular burl wood, showcasing irregular patterns and hues ranging from deep brown to golden tan—a hallmark of the sophisticated decorative style sought after in high-quality 20th-century furniture.
The chest features six practical drawers arranged across three levels, fitted with minimalist metal handles that perfectly complement the era’s aesthetic.
The top surface is covered in champagne-colored glass—a luminous, elegant touch that enhances the wood’s rich tones while providing protection for everyday use.
A matching mirror completes the set; both functional and decorative, it makes this piece an ideal addition to a bedroom, a dressing area, or a distinctive entryway.
The tall, tapered legs, finished with metal ferrules, lend a sense of visual lightness to the structure and perfectly embody the design language of the 1950s.
The piece shows normal signs of wear consistent with its age and use.
