Product description
For sale: a unique, handcrafted art object from southwestern France. This robust light sculpture is hand-carved from a solid block of limestone (Pierre de Taille). Weighing an impressive 14 kg, it is a very solid and stable object that also serves as a beautiful lamp with a spiritual aura.
The stylized face contains a red, translucent resin insert that, when switched on, emits a warm, atmospheric light. The combination of the rough chisel marks and the soft light makes this a beautiful statement piece for a Brutalist or modern interior.
Material: Solid limestone (14 kg).
Origin: Handmade, France (Dordogne/Lot region).
Height: 23 cm.
Condition: Fully functional and in excellent condition.
