Heavy tables on a cast iron base with a chrome-plated column and a plywood tabletop.
The three-armed base contains rotary knobs that can extend and retract the swivel wheels underneath, allowing the table to be easily moved and placed very stably.
This base has been sandblasted and sealed with a beautiful flash rust with two layers of epoxy in a semi-gloss finish.
The Okumé plywood tops have a rounded edge and are 3.6 cm thick. These are also lacquered in three layers of epoxy and finished with a semi-gloss.
Diameter of tops: 120 cm.
Standing table height: 105 cm.
Low table height: 82 cm.
The three parts are detachable.
These are the only two manufactured and thus exclusive copies.
Ai; This striking table combines a robust, industrial base with a warm wooden top, resulting in a distinctly brutalist design. The furniture piece is versatile and the high model functions excellently as a standing or conference table. The low version as a work or dining table in a suitable and distinctive interior.
The construction consists of a heavy, cast iron tripod base with a rough, patinated finish. The central column is made of polished chrome, which forms a strong contrast with the dark base. The round tabletop is made of wood with a rich, brown grain structure, adding an organic element to the otherwise industrial whole.
The object is in good condition, appropriate for its age and industrial character. The materials show an authentic patina that contributes to the tough appearance of the furniture, while the structural integrity has been fully preserved.
This design comes into its own particularly well in loft-like spaces, creative studios or modern office environments. The table forms a powerful centerpiece that seamlessly connects with both industrial and eclectic interior styles.
