Product description
Brutalism is a movement in architecture that had a worldwide following, especially in the 50s/60s/70s. Brutalism includes brutal and brut: rough, raw, unprocessed. Brutalism was first mentioned as a movement in architecture in 1955. It was a reaction to modernism, which, with its clean lines and civilized forms, was not considered monumental enough. There was a need for a new Monumentalism, one of the names by which Brutalism is also known. This lamp is made of metal, and entirely of small pieces of metal roughly welded together. The welds are clearly visible raw . The lamp is from the 60s/70s. There is a bubble on it see the last photo. Unique specimen . free delivery in a circle of 230 km
