Beautiful vintage design vase from the renowned Italian manufacturer Mamma Rò from Lucca (Tuscany), made in the 1970s. This characteristic amphora vase with two handles is a beautiful example of Italian Mid-Century Modern and brutalist handmade ceramics. The vase is executed in the smalti materici style typical of Mamma Rò: a thick, tactile texture glaze with a coarse structure and a powerful, abstract-geometric pattern.
