A striking Brutalist Pendant Lamp by Boréns, Sweden, circa 1970s.
Thia sculptural sconce beautifully embody the bold materiality and architectural aesthetic of the Brutalist movement. Crafted from copper and oxidized as well as lacquered metal, it feature a distinctive design where the warm, naturally patinated copper contrasts elegantly with the darker metal elements. The result is a powerful composition that is both raw and refined, characteristic of Scandinavian lighting from the period.
