Private sellerProduct description
Sculptural adjustable stool featuring a varnished wooden tripod base, original enamelled sheet metal seat bordered with aluminium trim, and blackened steel adjustment mechanism.
A striking piece combining brutalist craftsmanship with industrial atelier aesthetics. The contrast between the warm wood, white enamel top and aluminium edging gives this stool a strong architectural presence while remaining elegant and functional.
Its minimalist sculptural silhouette makes it ideal as:
* a decorative stool,
* side table,
* pedestal stand,
* or accent piece in a contemporary interior.
Very much in the spirit of French modernist workshop furniture from the 1950s–1970s.
Good vintage condition with attractive age-related patina and wear consistent with use.
Dimensions:
Minimum height: 51.5 cm
Seat diameter: 26 cm
