Product description
Exceptional Swiss Mid-Century Sideboard by Brunner Möbel und Innenausbau AG, Diessenhofen TG, as a documented custom-made piece from 1964. Particularly noteworthy are the high-quality execution in Rio Rosewood, the contrasting interior in light maple, and the preserved original documentation with invoice and order details.
The generously proportioned Sideboard shows a very expressive, partly mirror-image arranged rosewood grain. The clear, strictly horizontal lines are complemented by slender metal feet, giving the furniture an elegant, architectural effect.
Inside, there is a light, naturally matted maple interior. The layout was custom-made for the first buyer: on the left, a cabinet area with adjustable shelves, in the middle, a spacious storage compartment, and on the right, a specially built cutlery drawer. This consists of five black inner drawers with metal handles and a yellow-lined cutlery drawer with shaped compartments.
Condition:
Very nice, authentic vintage condition with age-appropriate signs of wear. The wooden surfaces show occasional light scratches and minor traces of use. The interior is generally well-maintained and appears complete. Fittings, hinges, metal feet, and the special inner drawers are preserved. Small signs of wear and patina emphasize the original character of the furniture.
Dimensions: L240 x W45.5 x H85 cm
