About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a bronze bust by the artist Richard Rohec. The work depicts a stylized child's head, executed in dark patinated bronze with subtle golden accents.
The sculpture is made of solid bronze and has a deep, almost black patina that contrasts with the underlying gold-colored bronze alloy. These accents are visible on the lips, nose, and forehead, giving the face an expressive quality. The work stands on an integrated round base and is marked on the underside with the artist's initials 'RR'.
The overall condition of the bust is good, with a patina consistent with the object's age. The intentional accents and natural wear contribute to the character of the sculpture.
Due to its modest size, this sculpture is a refined addition to a desk, bookshelf, or side table. It fits well within both a classic and an eclectic interior, where it adds an artistic and historical element.
