Neoclassical-Empire style, late 19th - early 20th century.
Lamps and decorative objects featuring putti or cherubs were particularly prized by the European bourgeoisie as a symbol of refinement and elegance.

Fully restored by a professional polisher.
E27 gold-plated socket with ring, black switch and plug, antique gold-colored cable (2m long).
Waxed with microcrystalline wax to prevent oxidation of the bronze.
