Shadows XL is a collection of pendant lights designed by Lucie Koldová and Dan Yeffet for Brokis. The combination of mouth-blown glass, handcrafted wood, and classic design creates a light fixture of timeless elegance.
The glass shades are powder-coated matte black on the outside and opal white on the inside, and run on fabric-covered cables to the wooden support.
Because the light source is concealed in black diffusers, it provides indirect light that is not glaring.
The lights can be mounted as a group of 10 on the canopy, but are also beautiful individually or in smaller clusters. This set includes 2 x 5 lights: 4 x size S, and two each of sizes M, L, and XL, packaged in sets of 5.
Technical Description: The light consists of a wooden body with a connection, black fabric-covered cables and an E27 light source socket, glass shades, and a rectangular canopy made of black lacquered metal.
Lampshade: Hand-blown glass. Matte black exterior, glossy opal white interior.
Socket: European oak, matte black lacquered, E27. 5W bulbs are included. It has a warm white light color of 2700K.
Cable: Black fabric covering.
Canopy: Matte black powder-coated metal, designed for 10 lights. Canopy dimensions: L100 x W53 x H5 cm.
Signs of wear on 4 glass shades, 6 in good condition. The canopy has two thin scratches in the coating (see pictures 11 and 12), which are not noticeable under lighting or in daylight and can easily be touched up with a paint pen.
Due to these minor but present flaws, this lamp is offered at a very good price.
